Returns, Warranty And Shipping Policies

Return Policy

Upon receiving your Beanpop items please inspect the package to confirm order accuracy along with fit and quality prior to washing or prepping your items. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, please contact me immediately at customerservice@beanpop.net. Please include in your email, order number, item name, and description of defect. If the defect is in fact a manufacture error I will replace, repair, or refund your order within 60 days of purchase.

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we will accept returns of new, never been washed or worn items within 30 days of purchase. Upon receipt of the returned item, Beanpop will provide you with a replacement, repair, refund (less shipping charges), or store credit. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on returned items.

SYOF Customs cannot be returned due to the nature of the product. In the case of a manufacturing defect, please contact me immediately at customerservice@beanpop.net. Please include in your email, order number, item name, and description of defect. If the defect is in fact a manufacture error we will replace or repair your order within 60 days of purchase.

*Once a SYOF or Batch Mini Group Custom has been purchased your order can not be changed. Please be sure of your choices before placing your order!*

Warranty Policy

Snaps: Lifetime*
Elastic Defects: 60 days
Sewing/Workmanship Defects: 60 days

Warranty is void when:

  • The washing instructions have not been followed.
  • The diaper has been altered.
  • Water temperatures exceeding 150F or 60C
  • A detergent containing additives (enzymes, brighteners, whiteners, dyes, perfumes, essential oils) or natural soap
  • Fabric softeners
  • Any caustic substance
  • Diaper rash cream
*If a snap defect occurs within 60 days of purchase Beanpop will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return your diaper for the snap repair. After 60 days the owner of the diaper will be responsible for return shipping to and from Beanpop but the snap repair will be free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment. If it is beyond 24 hours we reserve the right to issue a store credit. If your Ready To Ship item has been prepped and scheduled for shipping, you will be required to pay shipping costs and a restocking fee of 10%. Any Mini Group purchases are not eligible for cancellations, refunds or exchanges after the purchase has been made. If you request a cancellation of any SYOF items, you will be issued store credit ONLY and a cancellation will only be approved if you have not sent your fabric in before we start production on the SYOF batch. 

Shipping Policy

Stocked diapers are ready to ship. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Custom diapers and SYOF orders currently have an 8-12 week turn around time FROM DATE FABRIC IS RECEIVED.

Custom clothing, blankets, fleece, etc. currently have a 8-12 week turn around time.

If it has been longer than 8 weeks since you paid for your order and you have not received your items or tracking for your items please contact me at customerservice@beanpop.net immediately.

Shipping in the US: purchased items are shipped via first class or priority mail through the USPS depending on which method is chosen. All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation.

For shipping to Canada: all items are shipped via first class mail unless the package is too heavy (ie: blankets, large orders, etc). Please select International Shipping at check out otherwise your items will not ship until full shipping has been paid - if shipping ends up being more then what was charged we will invoice you for the additional charges via Paypal.

If you would like to pay for shipping insurance, please note that in the comment section at check out as it is not automatically offered on First Class packages and only $50 is included in Priority. Once your order has been placed and processed, we will then send you a separate request for the additional charges.

Beanpop is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages once delivered to the United States Postal Service.
